Shipping and Returns


Delivery Information

  • Goods will be sent by courier.
  • Dispatches will be made once per week (normally Thursdays).
  • Delivery will be 2-5 days within New Zealand.
  • Freight will be paid by the purchaser.

 

Delivery Costs

New Zealand Wide:
$10 per carton (each carton can weigh up to a maximum of 20kgs)

 

International:
If you decide to purchase any items related to this site, please select your geographic location in order for us to work out the extra shipping costs. Thank You!

 

Refunds and Returns

Products purchased on this site can be returned, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Faulty or Damaged Goods

    • All products purchased on this site can be returned (within 30 days) if damaged or faulty for a replacement product. 
    • These items must be returned to our address at Thomas Street, Temuka, South Canterbury.
    • Please email us and provide us with proof of purchase of the product/s concerned.
    • The cost of returning a product/s(within 30 days) is your responsibility.
    • Replacement product will be sent freight free.

  2. Changed your mind?

    • Temuka Pottery cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
